July 21^st -24^th, 2016: for the first time since the revolution began, a festival in Paris is entirely dedicated to promoting art and critical reflection around what became a complex and unreadable conflict.

As an art festival, Syrien n’est fait brings the focus back to the creative and dynamic Syrian civil society. In the heart of Paris’s 14^th arrondissement, it is hosted by Les Grands Voisins, an alternative venue and solidarity project located within the former hospital Saint Vincent de Paul.

From this site, it calls to a Parisian and international audience to experience the rich yet overlooked contemporary cultural scene from Syria. The program is extensive and cross-disciplinary, to showcase the diversity of Syrian art and cultural production.
